2.0 Information You Provide
- City Ambassadors Information: When you create an account as a city ambassador, we collect your email address, full name, phone number, city, country, and password. We do not collect your full address.
- Event Information: When you submit an event, we collect event details including title, description, location address (where the event will be held), date, time, and images.
- Sponsor Information: If you become a sponsor, we collect company name, company image/logo, website, and description. We also collect the information of the person who submitted the sponsor application: full name, phone number, and email address.
- Event Submitter Information: When you submit an event (without creating an account), we collect your email address, phone number, and full name.
- Admin Information: When you create an account as an admin, we collect your email address, full name, phone number, city, country, and password. We do not collect your full address.
2.1 Automatically Collected Information
We do not collect any data other than what we collect in section 2.0 above. We only collect information that you explicitly provide to us when using our Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To display event submissions on our platform
- To enable city ambassadors to review and approve events submitted by organizers
- To display sponsored advertisements
- To send you email notifications about events during the submission process
- To send you email notifications about sponsor information during the submission process
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Data Storage and Security
We use Supabase, a third-party service provider, to store and process your data. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Service and comply with legal obligations. Admins and City Ambassadors can delete their accounts and associated data at any time directly from their dashboard.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service uses the following third-party services:

- Analytics Services: We may use analytics services to understand event cities and countries, and city ambassador event approval data. We do not use analytics for event submission data or sponsor data.

6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can access and review your personal information through your account settings (for account holders).
- Correction: You can update or correct your personal information at any time.
- Deletion: Admins and City Ambassadors can delete their account and associated data directly from their dashboard.
- Opt-Out: You can opt-out of certain data collection and marketing communications.
- Event Submitters: After an event has passed, we no longer keep your information because the event will no longer be displayed in the App. All data associated with the event submission will be deleted.
- Sponsors and Their Submitters: After you are no longer interested in promotion or sponsorship, we remove you from the App and delete any data associated with your sponsorship.

7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
8. International Data Transfers
We do not transfer data from one place to another place. Users can only view event information on our platform. Personal information of event submitters (name, email, phone) is not visible to other users - only the event details (title, description, location, date, time, images) are displayed publicly.
